Bennington District Court Handles Several Local Cases
In Bennington Court Monday Judge Edward G. McClallen presided. Peter K. Sachau, 40, pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault on his wife Elaine Sachau and was released on 1000 dollar recognizance with a stay away order. Edward V. Vosburgh, 47, pleaded guilty to unlawful trespass and was fined 25 dollars. Nicholas Gauthier, 19, pleaded not guilty to unlawful mischief and was released on 500 dollar recognizance bail. Jeffrey A. Bailey, 21, of Pownal, appeared next.
