Miss Jane Albee Weds Stephen Grzenda in East Arlington
Miss Jane Eleanor Albee and Stephen Anthony Grzenda wed at Federated Church in East Arlington on Saturday at 3 p.m. The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George A. Albee, wore ivory antique satin with Venise lace and carried a pink and white rosebud bouquet. Attendants included Miss Maribeth Albee and Miss Joan Grzen da. The groom is son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George H. Grzen da. The Rev Granville Greenwold officiated with music by G Rollin Bartlett and Connie Hopkins singing The Lord’s Prayer and Ich Liebe Dich. The couple will reside in West Concord, Mass., after a wedding trip. The bride will teach in Lexington, Mass., and the groom is a Tufts University School of Medicine student.

Lacquer intoxication halts work at water tower
Two men Angela Karra and George Kariotis painting a 200 foot water tank in Stickney were found intoxicated on lacquer fumes rather than liquor. Both were hospitalized with Kariotis admitted in good condition after being exposed to fumes described as lacquer intoxication.
