Pa developer takes Equinox House option
A Pennsylvania based developer through its Andrick Corp subsidiary has taken a three month option on Equinox House Inc property in Manchester to pursue a housing complex and ski development. The plan envisions about 500 condominium units on the Equinox Golf Course base near Mt. Equinox with possible hotel redevelopment. Local planners caution on traffic and village character if a ski area expands, and await clearer plans while town and state authorities weigh environmental and zoning constraints.
