Junior Girls Represent India At Model United Nations
Freda Betts Sherri Zynce and teacher Kirby White will attend the 13th annual Model General Assembly of the United Nations at Plymouth Teachers College in Plymouth New Hampshire May 2 4. The event, sponsored by Rotary International and the college, aims to raise awareness of the UN and its world role. The Benhi delegates will address topics including The Admission of the People’s Republic of China The Financial Situation in the UN and Colonialism. Betts is active in Honor Society Student Council Focus Drama Club Mixed Chorus and Harmonettes. Zynce participates in Harmonettes and Focus and is a National Honor Society member.

Peace Corps Exam Here Saturday
A Peace Corps placement test for applicants will be held Saturday at 8:30 a.m. in the Sec ond Congregational Church on Hillside Street. The one hour exam replaces the old four hour test and is non competitive. Applicants must be American citizens at least 18 years old and may bring a completed questionnaire or obtain one at the post office. Many jobs require technical skills but liberal arts backgrounds aid community development projects. More than 5,000 volunteers are at work or training abroad, up from 2,816 in 1962, with growth expected this year.
