Selectmen vow strict enforcement of Manchester ordinances
Manchester chairman Ralph Fleming Jr signals tough enforcement of town rules one month into his term. The board pushes licensing for bars and trailer parks facing opposition from Everett Cole who runs three trailers in Manchester Depot arguing he receives no rent and should not pay a $25 license. The first test lies in a court hearing over the license directive.
