The process runs between tax collection and distribution to towns schools and county, with August May and October heavy tax months. County Treasurer Mrs Garlock, in office since 1965 after Paul Olstad's death, oversees tax processing, warrants, welfare checks, and listing safety deposit box contents per state law.
