Mrs. Clara Heller formerly of Gravity married Steve H Gardner of Cogswell North Dakota on Thursday January 15. They plan to reside in Cogswell. Royal Neighbors Lodge held a pot luck dinner at Mrs Orin Price home with families as guests. Mrs Ida Reynolds of Villisca attended and installed officers in the afternoon.

Richard Beckett and Shenandoah guests visited his parents George and Mrs. Beckett. Don Weil and family moved to a new Conway home. Weil works at the Produce and Locker plant. Carrie McColm left Friday to visit Merle Allen before an extended stay with her daughter in St. Joseph.

Effie Koneene returned from aiding her son Orie near Corning. Merrill Leighton spent the weekend in Omaha with his daughters. Nelle Walker spent the weekend in Clarinda with her children Waite Walker and others. Dr and Mrs E J Janson returned from Des Moines after attending a state veterinarian convention. Mr and Mrs Billie Brown and Mr and Mrs Chas Perdew attended Mary Uncle's funeral in St Joseph.
