Comcast works to restore cable after hurricane outage
Comcast reported about 53 percent of area cable TV customers were without service as technicians work to restore lines. Public relations specialist Ray Purser said power restoration is needed first and urged customers to call 1 800 COMCAST only if their neighbors have service or they have a cable drop issue. He noted crews are clearing debris and confirming affected neighborhoods.
