Baytown karaoke star balances shows and salons
Perrie-Sloan, a Baytown area entertainer, turned karaoke into a serious hobby and business. She fronts cook-off entertainment with the Texas Steel team, dresses as Mrs Santa Claus for events, and runs a beauty salon while raising three children and five grandchildren. A 27 year cancer survivor, she continues singing at weddings, birthdays, and fundraisers, often without charge for the joy of it.
