The City of Baytown sponsors free Homebuyer Education Workshops this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Baytown Community Center 2407 Market Street. Sessions in English and Spanish cover budgeting mortgage lending loan closing maintenance and ownership responsibilities.
