Publisher questions GCCISD ECHS site and $14 million plan
In Baytown a reader questions the GCCISD decision to fund a $14 million new Early College High School facility at Bicentennial Park instead of housing it at Lee College or Lee High School. The letter notes potential cost savings, equity goals, and taxpayer impact while highlighting ECHS aims and dual credit benefits. Janie Gray, publisher, invites reader input.
