Monday is the deadline to register to vote for the July 3 runoff and the July 31 primary. Registration must reach a tax office by 4:30 p.m. on July 2 or be mailed with a July 2 postmark. State law requires 30 days prior eligibility. The notice cites Harris County Tax Assessor Don Sumners and provides registration links and requirements for residents of Harris County to vote at 18 plus, U.S. citizen, no final felony conviction unless fully completed, and other conditions.
