Jury to decide Jean's fate Friday in capital murder trial
Houston prosecutors and defense lawyers clashed over punishment phase testimony during the final day of the third week of the Joseph Francois Jean capital murder trial. Funeral set today for accident victim Cooper 20
A funeral service for Brandon Allen Cooper a 20 year old Baytown man who died in a fall at Camp Hueco along the Guadalupe River in Comal County will begin at 10 a.m. today. Cooper born in Houston was a 2009 Ross S Sterling High School graduate and attended Lee College. Witnesses say he climbed a tree and was attempting a rope swing when he fell.
