Baytown police arrested 17 year old John Ryan Romero after an attempted break in on Tompkins Road at 3500 block. A witness identified Romero as the intruder and investigators link him to other burglaries in Baytown and Harris County. Police pursued him but he was not located immediately. Detectives say more charges may follow.
