Calypso Cove opens with strong Memorial Day crowds
Baytown welcomed its new Calypso Cove waterpark after a delayed opening. Director Scott Johnson said the park at 2428 West Main Street drew 254 admissions Sunday and 261 Monday, with capacity crowds from open to close on both days. The facility features two pools, slides, and splash features for all ages.

GCCISD Graduation Weekend Takes Center Stage at Stallworth
Goose Creek CISD seniors from Robert E. Lee High School Goose Creek Memorial High School and Ross S. Sterling High School will begin three consecutive commencements tonight at Stallworth Stadium with more than 1,200 graduates across a three night span.
