Barbers Hill appoints Glendean White as new superintendent

Election Details Eyed by Baytown Officials

Baytown city council and Highlands community representatives will meet at city hall to discuss an understanding for Highlands to hold an election in corporation status. City Attorney Bill Laughlin noted no signing authority exists due to Highlands lacking a governmental entity, so any agreement must be mutual offer.
