Jury panel quash bid delays Baytown court trial
Houston district court postponed the trial of Wal King after attorneys for Baytonian Juan Siroos and others sought to quash the jury panel. They argued that questions to jurors about another case could prejudice this case against Oscar Pete Moore. The judge granted a postponement and ordered further study of the purported irregularities.
