Delavergne brothers linked to boat incident end of search

Investigators traced leads as Baytown and Texas Parks and Wildlife pursued the Delavergne brothers after a boating incident at a park. The two surrendered after their attorney contacted police, were transferred to Chambers County, and face possible further charges. Coast Guard and local agencies searched waters without locating a missing person, Miller, whose body later moved north by more than half a mile.
