Barbers Hill ISD weighs a Chapter 313 ten year tax abatement for Enterprise Products to build a $310.5 million natural gas fractionator. The district officials, with Superintendent Dr Greg Poole and finance chief Becky McManus, expect a 90 day state review after a $75,000 filing fee, then possible state approval. The move would boost jobs and growth in the area, the district says.
