Pollution action urged by Bayshore club president
H L Blackmon told 150 attendees at the Bayshore Red Reel and Gun Club that too much study on pollution exists with insufficient action. He criticized eight agencies including the Houston City Health Department and Harris County boards for endless study and no solution. The meeting also covered the Baytown Pollution Board study efforts, upcoming boat show displays, and charitable dispersals from deer hide sales.
