Wanted Crooked Public Figures in Texas
Dallas AP report notes Texas Taxpayers Inc offering a $1000 reward for any citizen who reports officials stealing or misusing public funds. Secretary-treasurer Hallmark says the group, started in 1962 with 800 members, aims to reduce theft and waste and seeks tips on malfeasance. Henry Wade disputes the plan praising it as publicity-driven.
