About 500 North Vietnamese troops attacked a U.S. base 43 miles northwest of Saigon as terrorists struck three times in the capital. Maj. Gen. City to Name Urban Panel For Rehabilitation Standards
City officials will form a seven member committee to implement the urban rehabilitation standards ordinance.
