Barnett Named 20th Refiner of the Year Honoree
ExxonMobil and Baytown community leaders honored Billy Barnett as the 20th recipient of the Refiner of the Year award, recognizing decades of local volunteer service. Barnett, a Baytown resident with ties to YMCA, Parks and Recreation, and Beautify Bayway, praised peers and noted ongoing civic involvement. The event highlighted ExxonMobil Baytown’s 1.91 million United Way pledge, Wildlife at Work certification, and a two million hour maintenance turnaround across the Baytown complex.
