SNAP Clinic in Baytown Offers Free Spay Neuter Sept 13
The Spay Neuter Assistance Program provides free spaying and neutering and rabies vaccinations for low income dog and cat guardians in Baytown on September 13 at the Baytown Animal Shelter. Eligibility includes CHIP, Food Stamps, TANF, Medicaid, Gold Card, SSI/SSD, free lunch, Major VA Disability or Section 8. A lottery assigns line positions. the Mobile Clinic arrives at 8 a.m. Dogs must be leashed, cats in carriers, and no food after 10 p.m. prior to surgery.
