Riots Blamed on Communists and Black Nationalists in Cleveland
A Cuyahoga County grand jury report cites black nationalists and Communist youth leaders as co conspirators in July riots in Cleveland's Hough area. It says the outbreak was organized by trained professionals aided by violent adherents, with four deaths and over 500000 dollars in damages.
