District Elimination Contest signals 4-H hope and senior officers
Eight 4-H members from Bay Town prepare for the District Elimination Contest in Rosenberg on April 30, with April 16 demonstrations highlighting county level wins by Sandra Jordan Linda Murray Gretchen Barnes Steven Reynolds and others. Gretchen also MC’d the District Foods Show in Angleton on April 23. Old River Terrace Church held a charity car wash April 23 to fund Methodist animals. Channellettes drill team at Channelview High held officer elections April 15 naming Martha Mason Pat Peters Beverly Rawls and Pat Gibson.
