Nasdaq and S&P reach five year highs on service data

Nasdaq rose 0.61 percent to 2359.75 and the S&P 500 gained 0.43 percent to 1311.56 as ISM service index moved to 60.5 from 60.1, signaling stronger service activity. Oil jumped, lifting crude futures, while bonds climbed and the dollar softened.
