Mr and Mrs Colin S Wakefield of Bedford Street will move to Richmond around mid month. Wakefield has served as a ferry boat and Kennebec Bridge ticket seller since 1925 and previously worked for the State Highway Commission tallying automobile travel. He will hold a similar post at the new Richmond bridge. J Wakefield, a nephew of Paul D Sargent long time chief engineer of the State Highway Commission, also worked for the commission after leaving school.

Concrete Highway Project Slices Woolwich Wisasset Route Next Year
