Six Indictments Handed Down by Sagadahoc Grand Jury
Six indictments were returned by the Sagadahoc County Grand Jury at the October term. Two manslaughter charges involve deaths from auto strikes, two morals charges, and two charges of issuing worthless checks. Names include Ralph G. Stetson Jr of Bath and George W. Hunter of Topsham among others. The term featured a lengthy session and no arraignments before Monday.
