Germany's Fate and Wilson Terms Foretold in War Outlook
The article argues Germany and the Kaiser will yield to President Wilson's terms, despite public denials. It predicts Allied advances toward Berlin, French and Polish territorial changes, and eventual German surrender after intensified air and ground operations. America will sustain troop deployments and the Liberty bond drive as peace remains distant.
