Woolwich Boy Wounded While in the Woods
Carlton Day Reed Jr., 10, of Day's Ferry Woolwich, was shot in the right thigh while roaming the Woolwich woods mistaken for a deer. He was found by two boys after about an hour and taken to Bath Memorial Hospital. An investigation began to identify nearby shooters as Sheriff Messner probed the case.

Ludlow Destroyer Launch At Bath Iron Works
