Mayor Small Denies Road Fund Overdrawn
Mayor Harold P. Small rejects charges that the 1932 State and road appropriation fund is overdrawn. He cites the treasurer's report showing the $9,270 1932 appropriation is not exhausted and that $4,500 for extra work to relieve the poor department draws only on the appropriation, not State credits. He says council opposition misreads fund sources and notes the $1,500 project cost has not been expended despite being appropriated. Lieut. Com Edward J.
