Sagadahoc Colonial House Preserves 18th Century Craft
The Hildreth mansion in Topsham overlooks Merrymeeting Bay and remains largely unchanged since its 1786 construction by William Randall. The Colonial style home showcases original woodwork, sliding shutters, and a treasure room with 18th century furniture, Delft and porcelain, plus a rare cherry sleigh and a carved wooden grape tavern relic once linked to Boston and Bowdoinham.
