Over two weeks the Sagadahoc Registry of Deeds records show Arthur J. Dunton selling three extra feet of land to Mollie Dansky of West Lynn Massachusetts who plans a business building at Washington and Center streets. Hunt's Three Ring Circus brings its 49th annual tour to Chandler Field Bath on Monday June 30.
