Three Bath Men Withdraw Appeals On Drunk Driving
Three Bath men who were convicted in municipal court on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated have withdrawn appeals to Sagadahoc County Superior Court. Frank M. Reay paid 100 dollar fine and 51.42 in costs. Dennis R. Gaudet paid 150 dollars and 19.02 in costs. Leslie J. Wold paid 200 dollars and 16.02 in costs. Each case involved a January or February driving incident and all pleaded innocent at municipal court.
