Mrs Fikanah Wyman of Fairfield arrived to visit her parents Mr and Mrs Arthur Brown. Mr and Mrs E R Andrews and family visited Mr Andrews' parents Mr and Mrs Fred L Andrews of Kerneiee Pont. Mrs Lucy Pike of Turnercourt returned after days at Day's Ferry with Mrs Charlies A Corliss.
Thieves smashed a window to enter the Brehaut store in the Lincoln building and left by the rear door with merchandise. The break occurred around 1.30 am on a sparsely populated Thursday with no clues, while Garrett remains missing. Police have no trace of Garrett, fueling speculation of a possible second crime.
Albert Souci also known as Frank Dupont was jailed in Kennebec County awaiting the October superior court term after a six month sentence for indecent exposure.
