Alexander McDougall Jr. and Charles Elliot, both 23 and 20, of the city, drew state prison terms for breaking and entering and larceny of two guns from the late H H McCarty's residence on High Street. Bath man dies after Lisbon road crash and hospital injuries
Eugene Youland 57 of Bath died at St Marys Lewiston within ten minutes of admission after a collision on Lisbon road near Dill hill. His wife Clara Youland and Edward Clancy 40 of Bath were seriously hurt, with Mrs Youland and Clancy treated at local hospital. Rene Berube of Lewiston drove the truck involved, Inspector Sheffield reported, as Bath residents faced extensive injuries and emergency response.
