John A. Gaudet a 26 year old electrician of 7 Maxwell Street was arraigned in municipal court Friday charged with felonious assault and battery on Dr Herbert T. Caverly the local dentist. The incident allegedly occurred at the Caverly home 29 Corliss Street Thursday night with a break in and a struggle leaving Gaudet semi conscious and with injuries. He was bound over to the June term of Superior Court in $1000 bonds. The Gaudets were married July 30 1938.
