Richmond Defendant Wins Court Decision
In municipal court Judge John J. Keegan ruled for the defendant Maurice Glazier of Richmond against Earl B. Preble over a $37.50 claim. Glazier said he hired Preble in March 1928 to sell Studebaker cars on a five percent commission with a $30 weekly drawing against commissions, claiming a shortfall of $37.50.
