Dr Henry B Esmond a Bowdoinham physician filed for divorce from his third wife in Cumberland County Superior Court on Tuesday. He testified he married Anna Ironsides in Buffalo and moved to Casco next day she never joined him citing that she preferred to stay with a granddaughter in Sarnia Ontario. One More Diner Moves Bath to Freeport
The One More Diner, a five ton dining car once on Water street in Bath, was moved to the old car barn site in Freeport. Griggs Turner Co. handled the move, taking under 10 hours, after the unit previously sat at Bowdoinham and Brown’s Corner. The trip required careful lifting with six by six timbers and a 25 foot trailer due to a past near clearance issue on the Topsham Brunswick bridge.
