State Income Tax Proposed by Maine Grange

Foster Higgins Dies In Machias Camp At Columbia Falls
Foster Higgins aged 50 a Columbia Falls native and Falls resident for the past year died while camping in Machias at Columbia Falls during a hunting trip. A graduate of Machias Normal School he served as supervising principal in Augusta and was formerly superintendent at Milo and Mars Hill. He spent 17 years as a traveling salesman with J L Hammett Company of Boston.
