A Woolwich school bus carrying 24 Sagadahoc Ferry seventh and eighth graders collided with a 1950 Chevrolet driven by Ned W. Packard of Jefferson at the old Arrowsh road and Route 1 intersection in Woolwich. No injuries. bus suffered a bent fender and bumper while the car had major damage. Wilbur Sprague, the bus driver, said he tried a left turn. State Trooper Ray Orcutt investigated.
