Arthur Williams 73 of Woolwich pleaded guilty in Bath municipal court to leaving the scene of an accident that damaged a car owned by Mrs. Carolyn Harrington of Damariscotta. He paid a $25 fine and $4.70 in costs. State Trooper Francis Powers was the reporting officer.
