The Rev. Weston P. Holman, 79, a Bath area pastor who retired in 1955 after fifty years in ministry, died suddenly at his home. He led Beacon Street Methodist Church in Portland from 1925 to 1933 and served churches in South Berwick, Strong, Saco, Oakland, Bath, Camden, Hallowell and South Portland. Born April 2, 1880 in Dixfield, he taught school before entering the ministry. Funeral services were held at 2 p m Monday at 749 Congress Street Portland, with burial at Wilton.
