Phippsburg Woman Dies By Own Action At Water Cove
Miss Mildred Craw 32 a Phippsburg resident for six years died by hanging in the ice house at Water Cove in the West Point area. Elmer Gilliam found the body shortly before 6 p.m. Medical Examiner Morin ruled death by self-inflicted hanging. Survived by a brother Leonard Craw of Coxsackie New York.

The Sagadauhoe delegation met in Falmouth at the Maine Automobile Association to re elect Ellis L Aldrich to the State Committee after a Bath caucus endorsed Edmund A Rothwell. Ballots counted 41 cast though 36 entitled. Rothwell withdrew and Aldrich received a unanimous ballot. Miss Bessier Dickinson won the seat for woman member amid a contest. 20 votes for Miss Dickinson and eight each for Mrs Butler and Mrs Given.
