Basin Wyoming adopts Ordinance 137 to fund judgment
The Basin town council passes Ordinance 137 authorizing the issue of fourteen thousand dollars in coupon funding bonds at six percent. Proceeds will discharge a prior United States District Court judgment for Katz Craig Contracting Company. A direct annual ad valorem tax funds interest and sinking payments through 1934.
