Kit Carson Circus Brings First Basin Show To Town
The Kit Carson shows arrived from Thermopolis and pitched on the fair grounds after a morning rain that kept some spectators away. A noon parade with three bands entertained locals, two elephants and a clown delighted children, and two performances, afternoon and evening, drew a fair crowd despite wet weather. The troupe moved on to Cody after midnight.
