Death of Charles Riley Fultz in California
Charles Riley Fultz, son of W. R. Fultz of Hyattville, died May 14 in Madera California after health decline. He was born September 13 1909 in New Mexico and moved to Paint Rock with his parents. Funeral services were held in Hyattville. the community offers condolences to his father.

Contractor Welsh Shifts Outfit to McDermott Gulch for Emerson Ditch

Judge Mets heard the injunction case of E. S. Bailey against the Big Horn Oil Co last Saturday. Five Inmates Escape Worland Industrial Institute
Five prisoners ages fifteen to twenty escaped from Worland Industrial Institute on Tuesday during ditch work. They knocked down a guard with a grub hoe, fled toward the river, and attempted to swim. Three escaped across the water, one drowned, and another is believed drowned after going under a third time. one inmate who crossed was later captured.
