Local Improvement District No 2 of Basin Wyoming Ordinance
Basin Wyoming town council adopts Local Improvement District No 2 to construct district sanitary sewers on Third through Eighth Streets Myrtle and Montana Avenues. Boundaries extend from South Street to Montana Avenue and include Mecklem and Basin Land Company Additions. Bonds and assessments planned with five subdivision rates and an emergency provision.
