Convention at Buffalo urges northern Wyoming highways
The convention laid out plans to form the Northern Wyoming Good Roads Association and county clubs to build state highways, linking northern towns to the Deadwood road and Yellowstone. It urged state bonding, federal aid, and designated a Black Hills and Yellowstone National Park Highway from the Wyoming line to Cody and into the park. It also noted repairs after heavy rains damaged the Big Horn canal near Worland.
